Maximum temperature in the boiler must not exceed  95°C

Securing of the heating boiler should be done in accordance with the regulations norms of 
the country where it is assembled.

3.  BOILER CONSTRUCTION DESCRIPTION

A boiler is a welded steel construction where a highly effective upper burning takes place.  It is equipped with a self-
cleaning retort furnace fed with fuel from a storage bin by means of worm feeder. The air for burning is supplied through 
an electric fan into a system of jets in the retort furnace. The functioning of the boiler is controlled by a programmed 
electronic controller which switches on the feeder and the fan in a sequence. Access to the exchanger is where the 
cleaning holes are in the upper and lower part of the boiler /on the side/. In the upper part there is an outlet water 
connector/power supply/ and the control desk. At the back there is an exhaust outlet and the return water connector. On 
the side of the boiler there is a tightly closed fuel tank, installed on the feeder set which is power driven by a motoreducer. 
The whole boiler is insulated with mineral cotton and is cased in steel sheet.
