MALFUNCTIONS
12.1.
Error codes machine controller
The machine controller (see Figure 32) is located behind the co-driver seat. On this controller
there a positions 2 LED’s. A green LED lights up when the machine is switched on and a red
LED starts blinking if an error is active.

Malfunction of the drive pump

Solution:

Check the valve of the drive pump and its wiring.

Check the wiring to the servo of the drive pump.

Check the CAN-bus wiring (The communication network between the separate
machine components).

Error code F-N-R failure:

F-N-R failure (2 blinks)
Malfunction of the forward or reverse switch

Solution:

Check whether the signals on pin 10 (forward) and pin 11 (reverse) of the plug are
correct.
