triggered (stable display) at any p o in t along the slope o f the
w aveform in both the + and — positions o f the T R IG G E R
SLOPE sw itch. This indicates a c o n tro l range o f at le a s t+2
volts to —2 volts.
d. Set the E X T A T T E N p u sh b u tto n to 1 :1 0 and the CH
1 V O L T S /D IV sw itch to 10 V.

CH 1 in p u t connector.

Set the T R IG G E R SOURCE to L IN E , the T R IG G E R
C O U P LIN G to AC , and the CH 1 V O L T S /D IV sw itch to 10
V.
c. C onnect the probe tip to the same line-voltage souce
w hich is connected to the in stru m e n t.
d. A d ju s t the T R IG G E R L E V E L co n tro l fo r a stable
display.
e. C H E C K —Stable CRT display triggered on the co rre ct
slope in b o th the + and — positions o f the T R IG G E R
SLOPE sw itch.
