Measurement of the Signals Period and Phase Shift
The function allows for measurement of the signal period at the BM input
DI0 or measurement of the phase shift of two signals at BM inputs DI0 and
DI1.
Measured values express the number of cycles of the internal clock sig-
nal between two descending edges of the measured signal (measured sig-
nals). By converting the values in the user program, it is possible to obtain
values in time units. Time of the cycle of the internal clock signal is 30.5175
µs.
Use of binary inputs for measurement of the period or phase shift does
not disturb neither limit their basic function described in Article 5.1.1.
