Machine positioning with air cooling
It is most import ant t o posit ion t he machine in a roomy environment w it h doors and w indow s t o
f acilit at e vent ilat ion of t he heat ed air.
The rear of t he machine must be at least 0.5 met res f rom t he w all.
During machine operat ion t he doors and w indow s of t he room must be kept open ot herw ise t he air
heat ed by t he machine w ill become ext remely hot reaching a t emperat ure as high as 50° C. If the
machine operat es in heat ed condit ion f or long periods t he machine' s main component s (ref rigerat ior
compressor and t urbine mot or) w ill overheat t o such an ext ent t hat t he machine' s operat ion w ill be
adversely af f ect ed. This w ill lead t o bad perf ormance and t hus unneceesary expense and cost . In
addit ion excessive heat w ill increase elect ricit y consumpt ion and yield may f all t o below 50% .
IDEAL POSITIONING OF THE MACHINE
As can be seen in t he diagram, t he air ent ering t hrough door (1) is sucked in and heat ed during
condensat ion f rom t he vent ilat ors (2). It is t hen pushed t ow ards t he w indow (3) f rom w hich it exit s .
Though not alw ays pract ical, t he ideal solut ion solut ion is t o make holes in t he w all (4), corresponding
t o t he vent ilat ors (2). This w ill let t he air exit f reely w it hout impediment s t hus ensuring a consist ent ly
opt imum yield f rom t he machine.
