Selection of
“USA/ITA MODE ”*
Depending on w het her or not t he USA met hod has been enabled in t he SET-UP, you can choose
bet w een t w o dif f erent mixing modes w hen w hipping t he ice cream:

“ ITA” Mode

In t he
“ITA” mode,
by pressing t he key GELATO t he mixer t urbine
w orks f or t he ent ire w hipping t ime at low speed.
How to turn on the“
ITA
” mode:
The machine is
usually set on the “

” mode. If it is not, scroll through the
row s using t he arrow s on t he lef t unt il
you reach t he last row .
Use t he arrow s on t he right t o select
ITA

USA
” mode:
In t he
“USA” mode,
by pressing t he key GELATO t he mixer t urbine
w orks f or about 10 seconds at low speed , f or about 3 minut es at
high speed and t hen again at low speed unt il t he end of t he cycle.

” mode:
In t he main menu, use t he arrow s on
t he lef t t o scroll t hrough t he row s unt il
you reach t he last one, w hich w ill
usually be “

” .
Use t he arrow s on t he right t o display
the mode “
U S A
” . At this point, go
back t o t he t op row s using t he arrow s
on t he lef t and select t he ot her modes.

ATTENTION:
The
USA
met hod only w orks in VISCOSITY mode only if t here is a 20% dif f erence bet w een t he
current viscosit y and t he set one.
