Confirm by pressing
ENTER
and the next
screen appears.
If the amount of ice-cream to be produced is
that highlighted
( FULL LOAD CREAM )
confirm by pressing ENTER and the
next screen appears.
The value appearing under VISCOSITY is
the value entered in the table at page 27:
