OPERATION AND USE OF RETAINERS

The retainers are made up of circular sectors of steel that penetrate inside the tub. Its
mission is to retain the product on the periphery of the tub, where they impact with the
blades, increasing the chopping of the ingredients.

They are located on the sides of the tub and are manually operated from the outside of
the tank. Their number varies according to the model.
