START UP
To start working with the mixer, the following steps should be followed:
1. Check the external condition of the mixer and the different mechanisms, protections
and safety guards.
In the event that any of the safety guards and protections are
damaged or broken, they must be immediately repaired or
replaced before starting work with the mixer.
2. Proceed to hook the mixer to a tractor with enough horsepower. To make the
coupling, the following steps must be followed:
• Approach the tractor to the mixer
hitch.
Make sure that there is no people between the tractor and the
mixer when maneuvering in reverse.
• Adjust the height of the mixer
hitch using the jack.
• Make the hitch using the appropriate
locking means.
Use work gloves when hitching the mixer with to the tractor.
3. Fully retract and fold down the jack to avoid contact with obstacles during movement.
4. Stop the tractor.
5. Connect the PTO shaft to the tractor, the following steps must be followed:

Check that the mixer has been correctly hitched to the tractor;

Make sure the tractor PTO is stopped.

Take the cardan protection aside momentarily and connect it to the PTO, fix its
position using the appropriate devices.

Put the cardan protection back in its working position and make sure that it is
correctly positioned.
