Unloading

system

with front conveyor

Located at the front of the tub

It is made up of the following elements:

Unloading door:

hydraulically driven, allowing to vary the opening of the door
according to the needs of the unloading process.

Unloading conveyor:

Formed  by  a  closed  drawer,  on  whose  surface  products  are
transported,  dragged  by  a  high  resistance  chain  with
crossbars.

This  system  allows  the  transport  of  any  type  of  product,
including wet ones (fathead, apple pulp, orange, etc.), quickly
and easily.

To facilitate the distribution of the mixture, the unloading door can be completed with
the following optional element:
