Secure any loose connections.

Make sure that no cables are twisted or crimped.

Make sure that the entire fan module is seated securely in the chassis.
8.
Remove the blue fan baffle located between fans 3 and 6.
9.
Carefully lift the entire fan module (all six fans are assembled
together).
10.
Inspect the bottom of the module to make sure all connectors are
intact and undamaged.
11.
If the bottom of the fan module is intact, reinsert it into connectors on
the board.
12.
If the bottom of the fan module is damaged, replace it with a new fan
module.
13.
After the fan module has been reinserted (or replaced by a new unit),
check the fan LEDs.
If an LED is green, the fault for that fan is removed.
If the fault persists, check other components for further analyses.

replace a single fan.

Replace the air baffle on the left side of the chassis, making sure it is
secure and not impacting any cables

Replace the air duct securely.

Replace the PCI Riser Assembly.

if the indicator is green, the fault is removed.
