You may need to cross connect the telephone block to the adapter block if two
separate punch-down blocks are used.
Warning:
Never install telephone wiring during an electrical storm.
Warning:
Never install telephone jacks in wet locations unless the jack is
specifically designed for wet locations.
Warning:
Never touch uninsulated telephone wires or terminals unless
the telephone line has been disconnected at the network interface.
