8.5.3) Adjustment of Lower Thread Winding
1) When winding thread on the bobbin, the
direction shall be in parallel with the bobbin. If
it is not parallel, loosen the tightening screw
for the body of the thread guide and adjust the
thread guide body left or right.
2) The tightness of thread winding on the bobbin can be adjusted with the tension adjusting nut.
If the lower thread is wound on the bobbin as in one of the following cases, thread break,
lower thread skipping, and thread entanglement might occur due to the uneven release of
the lower thread.

If the lower thread wound on the bobbin is too tight, the lower thread might not be
smoothly released from the bobbin. In this case, the break of the lower thread and the short
loose lower thread after trimming might occur.
