Switch on power.

Adjust the sample flow using the flow regulating valves [D] of the 

second sample stream option.

3

Start <Fill system>, see 

Fill or Flush Reagent System, p. 62

.

4

Check tube connections and flow cell for leaks and repair if 

necessary.

5

Let the instrument run-in for one hour.
