Introducing the SUPRA

 

System Components

e

SYNC Cradle

The eSYNC Cradle is equipped with a modem and battery charging
capability. It transmits data between the eKEY and the KIMnet system.

External Features

e

KEY Docking 

and Retention

The recessed area on the front of the Cradle holds
the eKEY to maintain contact for communication
and battery charging.

Serial connector

Connects your handheld to the Cradle, which in
turn connects to the back of your PC and through
the AC adapter to the wall outlet. This allows you
to recharge your eKEY and update the
information between your handheld and PC
using HotSync technology. It also communicates
information between your eKEY and KIMnet
using eSYNC technology.

LED (Light 
Emitting Diode) 
& HotSync 
button

A small button on front of the Cradle illuminates
when the Cradle is in use. This is also the
HotSync button that is pressed to synchronize
information between your eKEY and your Palm
Desktop software.
