Generating Reports

Report information is available through the

Reports

section on the

website. You can obtain reports on:

!

Showing Activity

!

Key Activity

!

Box Information

Showing activity report

Showing information is stored in Keys and is transmitted to KIMnet
during eSYNC. Information about Keys that have accessed your
KeyBoxes is displayed on the Showing activity report. You can view
the following information pertaining to KeyBox activity on the
Showing activity screen:

!

The KeyBox serial number

!

The date the KeyBox was accessed

!

The Key serial number of the agent who accessed the KeyBox

!

The agent's name and keyholder ID

!

The agent's office name, ID, and phone number

!

The listing ID and address where the KeyBox is located

!

Feedback entered by the agent who accessed the KeyBox

You may choose to receive a report for all of your KeyBoxes you have
designated to be included in reports or you may choose to obtain a
report for an individual KeyBox by serial number.

Important!

You must have designated, in the Assignment Maintenance
screen, the KeyBoxes you want included in reports before
you can obtain information relating to them.

Key activity report

The Key activity report provides information on KeyBoxes you have
accessed. You can view the following information relating to your Key
on the Key activity screen:

The date your Key accessed a listing

!

The KeyBox serial number

!

The listing ID and address where the KeyBox is located

The report content is determined by the date you choose in the date
fields. All activities that occur on or after the date you select appear in
the report.
