Downloading SUPRA Applications

When you receive your eKEY, the eKEY, eSYNC, and eDATA
applications are installed on your Key. If your eKEY battery charge
drops too low or if you accidentally delete an application, you may
download the applications from the website and transfer them to your
eKEY.

To download an application, log on to the agent website (see Logging
on to the Agent Website) and click the

KIMweb Auto Download Wizard

link

in the Downloads section on the Welcome page. Follow the onscreen
instructions to save the applications onto your eKEY.
