DATA Application

e

Feedback

The eFeedback option allows an agent to enter information about a
showing and send it to the listing agent. The feedback option is
triggered when an agent uses an eKEY to access a KeyBox.

There are two parts to eFeedback:

!

Sending feedback to the listing agent when you show a property

!

Viewing feedback from agents who show your listings

Sending feedback after showing a listing

The feedback alert automatically appears after you’ve shown a listing
by obtaining the key with your eKEY.

You have the option of sending feedback immediately, later, or not at
all.

Note:

If you choose not to enter feedback you cannot get the option

back unless you obtain the key again.

Sending feedback immediately

1. To send feedback immediately, choose the

Now

option from the

eFeedback Alert screen. The feedback screen is displayed allowing
you to enter information about the showing.

2. Enter a name for the feedback at the prompt.

3. For the interest, choose from the options available to indicate the
