Power Supply Connector
The primary power supply con-
n e c t o r o n t h e P 4 S B R / P 4 S B E
meets the SSI (Superset ATX)
24-pin specifications; however, it
a l s o s u p p o r t s a n A T X 2 0 - p i n
c o n n e c t o r . T h u s , b o t h 2 0 - p i n
ATX and 24-pin SSI connectors
can be used as long as it is cor-
rectly oriented. (Make sure that
p i n 1 o f t h e P S c o n n e c t o r i s
s e a t e d o n p i n 1 o f t h e J J 2 1
header.) See the tables on the
right for the pin definitions of
both types. Refer to Figure A
below for a 24-pin connector ori-
entation and Figure B for a 20-
pin connector orientation. Also
see the table below right for JJ24
