Flashing Firmware

You can flash Firmware upgrades using the MegaRAID Storage Manager software (see 

Figure 9-9

).

To flash your firmware, use the procedure below:

1.

Select your controller from the left L

OGICAL

 pane of the M

 window.

2.

Select the O

PERATIONS

 tab from the right pane.

3.

Select the Controller Firmware option button.

4.

Press the B

ROWSE

 button and select the firmware file you wish to flash from the

PEN

 window that appears.

The file will appear in the field on the screen.
