Removal of the actuator from powered adjustable backrest

Preparation

Note!

Switch off the wheelchair via remote control (power

wheelchair only).

Instructions

Note!

Suitable work area required!

•

Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the actuator
from a powered adjustable backrest unit

•

Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.

•

Disconnect cables before taking apart.

•

Use small flat screwdriver to remove C-clips and pliers to
reinstall.

Tools used

Remove bolt and C-clip, then slide out top bolt (A) from the left

side of the unit. Then remove C-clip and slide out bolt (B)
