Removal of the gas strut from manual adjustable backrest

Preparation

Note!

Switch off the wheelchair via remote control (power

wheelchair only).

Instructions

Note!

Suitable work area required!

•

Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the actuator
from a manual adjustable backrest unit

•

Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.

•

Use small flat screwdriver to remove C-clips and pliers to
reinstall.

•

Tightening torque for bolts is 6Nm.

Tools used
