• Check that the control board to
power board terminals are well
connected.
If there is no
abnormality, it may be that the
module silicone has not been
applied properly.

battery
voltage
failure
The total battery voltage in
non-charging mode is
below the under-voltage
value.
Wait for the fault to run again, if it
recurs, restart the machine, if the
fault persists.
• Check that the voltage at both
ends of the battery meets the
requirements.
• Check that the sampling wire
from the battery filter board to
the
control board is not
disconnected.
Confirm that it is not for the above
reasons, consider whether the
battery voltage sampling is
abnormal and suggest replacing
the control board and battery filter
board.

Check if the battery overvoltage
setting is correct, if the setting is
correct the fault still exists, check
if the voltage at both ends of the
battery meets the requirements.
