Usually it will recover
automatically without treatment,
but if it occurs repeatedly, the
machine will not start normally.
• Check that the ISO impedance
protection value set by the
device is not too high and
confirm
that it meets the
requirements.
• Check if the battery impedance
is too low on rainy days or in
the morning and evening, and
measure if the positive and
negative
battery insulation
impedance values to ground
are too low.

Customer Service to confirm that
the fault is not due to the above
reasons and that the fault still
exists.

bias
exception
• The bias value of the
channel
sample
exceeds the theoretical
reference
value by
15%.
• Before switching on,
DC current, AC current
sampling
value
exceeded the quota by
15%.
Restart the appliance and if the
fault recurs.
• Check for loose internal
connections.
• Is the core board indicator
normal, if not then replace the
core board.
Confirm that it is not the above
cause, re-burn the program, and if
that does not solve the problem,
replace the control board.
