Corrective measures
•
Liquid temperature set too high, no
cooling required, check inlet and return
liquid temperatures and set appropriate
control temperature.
•
Stop time delay, the compressor has a
minimum stop time in normal conditions
and if the temperature rises to the start
point during this time, the compressor
will still turn on with a delay.
•
The condenser is dirty and blocked,
flush
the
condenser
and
end
the
cleaning when the water discharged
from the drain hole is clear at the edge.
•
The external circulation fan does not
run, refer to "Fan failure" in the "Fan
does not run" fault to deal with.

Failure of
the coolant
circulation
system
The coolant
system does not
circulate properly.
•
Without power on (standby), check the
main power switch and check the
operating display screen that it is
switched on.
•
Loose circuit connections, tighten circuit
connectors.
•
Water pump inverter failure, replace
water pump inverter.
•
No coolant causes the water pump to
protect itself, check if there is coolant in
the circulation system, if not make up
for it.
•
Pump body failure, replace pump.
•
Heating setpoint too low, no heating
required, check that the discharge
temperature and heating setpoint are
set reasonably.
•
Loose circuit connections, tighten circuit
connectors.
•
Electric heating overheating protection,
wait for a period of time and then restart
the electric heating and observe if the
electric heating is working properly.
•
Failure of the electric heating of the
pipes,
replacement
of
the
electric
heating.
