Troubleshooting

5.1

Overview

If any exception occurs to the Turnkey Station, it is suggested to preliminarily troubleshoot

the product according to the troubleshooting methods described in this manual.

If the problem still persists or there is still any questions, please contact SUNGROW. It

would be helpful if the following information is provided during a call.

•

Model and S/N of the Turnkey Station and internal equipment.

•

A brief description of the fault.

•

A relevant photo is preferred.

PCS Faults and Corrective Measures

The fault information of the energy storage converter can be viewed via the LCD display on

the control panel or the WEB interface, please select the specific viewing method according

to the actual situation of the PCS.
