voltage
1. In grid-connected
mode, the bus
voltage is lower
than the web set
value for over
500ms.
2. The DC voltage
is less than 100V
for 920us.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 4min
without other
faults.
Generally, the machine will
reconnect to the grid when the DC
voltage returns to normal. If the fault
repeatedly occurs:
1. Check whether the battery
voltage is lower than the minimum
allowable voltage. If so, the fault
occurs because of insufficient
battery voltage.
2. Check the app protection
parameter settings.
3. If the fault is not caused by the
foregoing reasons and still exists,
please contact SUNGROW.
DC over-
voltage
1. If the bus voltage
is higher than
1650V for 184us,
the machine will
stop for protection.
2. The busbar
voltage is higher
than the set over-
voltage value for
more than 50ms.
The trigger
condition of
this fault
disappears
continuously
for 30s
without other
faults.
Normally, the machine will
reconnect to the grid when the DC
voltage returns to normal. If the fault
repeatedly occurs (If the busbar
voltage exceeds 1650V, the input
side switch will be locked. To check
and reset the switch, manually
power off the machine):
1. Check whether the battery
voltage is larger than the maximum
allowable voltage. If so, the fault
occurs because of the battery fault.
2. Check the app protection
parameter settings.
3. If the fault is not caused by the
foregoing reasons and still exists,
please contact SUNGROW.
