1 Fan failure
The blower does
not operate
properly.
• Circuit breaker tripped, check if the
circuit breaker inside the chiller is
closed.
• If the power input is abnormal (e. g.
overvoltage or undervoltage), check the
chiller for corresponding alarms and
refer to "Alarm Handling" to deal with
them.
• Blower stuck, check for foreign objects
stuck in the blower.
• Loose terminals, check for loose fan
docking terminals.
• Compressor does not start, see "-
Compressor
does not start" in "-
Refrigeration fault repair".
• Faulty control board, replace control
board.
• Fan failure, replace fan.
• Worn fan bearings, replace fan.
• The fan blades scrape other objects,
check for interference with the fan
blades by cables etc.
• The fan fixing bolts are loose, retighten
the fan fixing bolts.

Does not cool and
reports a cooling
fault.
• No power on (standby), check the main
power switch and check the operating
display screen that it is switched on.
• Loose circuit connections, tighten circuit
connectors.
• Circuit open or short circuit, check the
circuit open or short circuit and repair
the mains supply.
• Inverter failure, replace the inverter.
• Damaged control board, replace control
board.
• Faulty compressor motor, replace
compressor.
