step 4 Squeeze both ends of the plug at the drain port D1, and remove the plug at the drain port D1.
step 5 Insert the other end of the drain pipe into the drain port D1 until hearing a crisp click sound.
The coolant has flowed out at this time.
step 6 Squeeze both ends of the plug at the drain port D2, and remove the plug at the drain port D2.
Insert one end of the other drain pipe into the drain port D2 until hearing a crisp click sound.
step 7 If no liquid flows out of the drain pipe within 30 s, the single-column coolant drainage is
finished.
step 8 Remove the drain pipe at drain port D1&D2 and install the plug.

4.1.5.2 System Drainage
When replacing the entire system coolant or replacing a large number of pack modules, the
entire system needs to be drained.
step 1 Turn off the system circuit breaker in the BSP cabinet, and the system is powered off.
step 2 Open the chiller cabinet door, use a screwdriver to remove the 6 M6 screws on the plate
under the chiller, and remove the plate.
step 3 Remove the plug at the system filling port.
step 4 Prepare the coolant barrel, take out the suction pipe in the pipe storage compartment and
put it into the barrel.
step 5 Take out the coolant filling pipe in the pipe storage compartment, insert the quick joining
piping joint into the system filling port, and push the buckles of the quick joining piping joint
into place.
