Step 3: Install the hard disk bracket in the reverse procedure. Pay attention to connecting the

hard disk with the mainboard closely during the installation.

2.2.7

Switch On/Off Power

This section mainly describes the power connection of the blade chassis and how to start and

shut down the blade system.

2.2.8

Power Connection

Insert the 220V power cord into the power interface in the back of the chassis, and the blade

system will start automatically.

Connect the power supply, and it is necessary to initialize the management module. The

system will start automatically upon completion of the initialization.

2.2.9

Shut Down Blade System

Shut down the blade system by shutting down the blade server and switching off the chassis

power.

[Note]

When the operating system can't be shut down normally due to the operating system

abnormity of the CPU blade or other situations, you can shut down the CPU blade server by

pressing the Power button in the front panel of the CPU blade server for 6s, and wait for 30s at

least, so as to ensure the blade server is shut down.

After all CPU blade servers are shut down, disconnect all power cables.
