Error message Possible cause Remedy
No function Power plug not connected to outlet Check power plug and, if necessary, connect to power supply.
Emergency Laser Emission Stop Switch activated Unlock emergeny stop switch by turning it.
Red LED “Fiber” activated Fiber disconnected Connect fiber or inspect it.
E 03 Footswitch detective Check footswitch and connect it, if necessary.
E 04 Release footswitch Disconnect and then reconnect footswitch and switch on laser again; if
necessary, replace/send in footswitch for repair.
E 05 Door interlock Reconnect remote interlock.
E 06 Flash lamp aged Note error message and send in unit for servicing.
Replace flash lamp.
E 07 Flash lamp detective Send in unit for servicing and replace flash lamp. You may not operate the
laser again until the flash lamp has been replaced.
E 10 Bad quality of cooling water Arrange date for servicing and change cooling water.
E 11 Laser on time out of specifications Let unit run in standby mode for 5 mins.
E 14 Cooling water temperature too low. Wait until heating-up phase is complete.
E 15 Cooling temperature to high Let unit cool in standby mode, check room temperature and lower it, if
necessary.
E 22 Simmer default Note error code; unit normally reignites simmer within approx. 5 sec. and
goes into standby; if operation fails (unit switches itself off automatically)
arrange servicing date.
E 23 - 40 Note error code and arrange servicing date.
