Zur zusätzlichen Sicherheit ist der CALCULASE
mit einer Anschlussmöglichkeit für eine Fern-
unterbrechung der Laserstrahlung ausgestattet.
Über diesen Anschluss wird ein externer Schal-
ter angeschlossen, der eine Fernunterbrechung
ermöglicht. Der externe Schalter wird z. B. an
der Eingangstür zum Operationssaal angeschlos-
sen, so dass beim Öffnen der Tür der Laser-
strahl unterbrochen, das Gerät in den Standby-
Modus zurückgesetzt und die Fehlermeldung
E 05 ausgegeben wird. Um den Betrieb wieder
aufzunehmen, muss der externe Schaltkontakt
geschlossen und anschließend das Gerät erneut
in den Bereit-Zustand (grüne LED leuchtet)
geschaltet werden. Statt dem Schalter kann die
Fernunterbrechungsbrücke (
27 7501 26) einge-
steckt werden.
SCB
Hinweis: Um ein versehentliches Herausziehen
des SCB-Verbindungskabels zu verhindern,
besitzt der SCB-Stecker eine Schutzvorrichtung.
Die Schutzvorrichtung des SCB-Steckers
zurückziehen und den Stecker in einer der SCB-
Buchsen einstecken. Das andere Ende des
Kabels mit einem KARL STORZ-SCB-Steuergerät
(KARL STORZ Communication Bus) oder wei-
teren SCB-Geräten verbinden (siehe hierzu
Gebrauchsanweisung KARL STORZ-SCB
®
System)
For added protection the CALCULASE is
equipped with a connection for remotely inter-
rupting laser emissions. An external switch is
connected to this outlet, which enables remote
interlocking. The external switch is connected
e.g. to the door of the operating room, so that
when the door opens the laser beam is interrupt-
ed, the unit returns to standby mode and the
error message E 05 is output. To resume opera-
tion, the external switch contact must be closed
and then the unit turned to ready mode once
again (green LED lights up). The remote inter-
lock jumper (
27 7501 26) can be inserted instead
of the switch.
SCB
Note: To prevent the SCB connecting cable from
being inadvertently pulled out, the SCB connec-
tor has a safety device.
Pull back the safety device on the SCB connec-
tor and insert the connector into one of the sock-
ets. Connect the other end of the cable to a
KARL STORZ SCB control unit (KARL STORZ
Communication Bus) or other SCB devices (see
the instruction manual for the KARL STORZ-
SCB
® System in relation to this).

сообщение о неисправности E 05. Чтобы
возобновить работу, следует замкнуть внешний
коммутационный контакт и вновь перевести
прибор в режим готовности (горит зеленый
светодиод). Вместо выключателя может быть
вставлен мостик дистанционного выключения
(27 7501 26).
SCB
Примечание. Для предотвращения непредна
меренного отсоединения SCBкабеля SCBште
кер снабжен предохранительным устройством.
Оттянуть назад предохранительное устройство
SCBштекера и вставить штекер в один из SCB
разъемов.
Другой конец кабеля соединить с одним из
управляющих SCBустройств (KARL STORZ
Communication Bus) или другими SCBустрой
ствами (см. инструкцию по эксплуатации сис
темы KARL STORZSCB
® ).
Hinweis:
Wurde weder der Fernunterbrechungs-
anschluss noch -brücke angeschlossen, ist kein
Betrieb des Lasers möglich. Es muss mindestens
eines der beiden Bauteile angeschlossen sein!
Note:
If neither the remote interlock connection
nor the jumper is connected, it is not possible to
operate the laser. At least one of the two compo-
nents mst be connected!
