Chassis, bodywork and fittings
Check the chassis for cracks.
Check the cab and panes of glass for damage.
Check that the cab door sensors are working correctly and check for damage.
Lubricate the cab doors.
Check the door check strap.
Check that the driver's seat is working correctly and check for damage.
Check that the driver restraint system is working correctly and check for damage,
and clean.
Check the signal horn.
Battery compartment
Check that the battery door and the switch are working correctly and check for
damage.
Check the battery lock for damage.
Variant: Check the power bolt for damage and adjustment.
Tyres and wheels
Check tyres for wear and check the air pressure if necessary.
Check the wheels for damage and check the tightening torques.
Drive axle
Check the hydraulic line connections.
Check the condition of the chassis bearings.
Check the motor connections and sensors for damage.
Check the oil level of the wheel gear.
Change the gearbox oil in the wheel gear (once after the first 1000 hours).
Chassis frame
Check the shock absorbers for damage. Replace if necessary.
Check the compression springs for corrosion and damage.
Check the end stops for damage.
Check the Panhard rod for damage and check the bearings for play.
