Lubricants

CAUTION

Risk of damage to property.
Trucks used in refrigerated environments must

be lubricated using different lubricants. Please

observe the operating instructions refrigerated

warehouse trucks.

The following lubricants must be used:
Hydraulic system
• HLP DIN 51524/T2
• Ident no. 8 036 912
Gear
• Oil grade must as a minimum be equivalent

to API GL5.

• Ident no. 8 034 186
Grease lubrication points
• Multi-purpose grease ESSO Beacon 2
• Ident no. 8 010 107
Chain lubricant
• Stabylan 2100
• Ident no. 8 010 100
Shaft-hub joint lubricant
• Klüberplex BEM 34-132
• Ident no. 8 052 709

Lubrication plan

Every 1000h or every 6 months
• Lubricate the steering gears with all-

purpose grease.

• Lubricate all lifting chains with chain spray.
• Lubricate all load rollers in the lift mast and

in the swivel shift fork. Use a lubricating

nipple instead of a screw if the screw is not

always available. After lubrication, swap

back again.

• Lubricate all moving parts with oil.
