Maintenance
Maintenance plan
• Check the function and condition of the
stops and limit stop*.
• Check the mounting and bearing points of
the lift cylinders for good condition.
• Check the chain condition, wear, elonga-
tion, damage, lubrication and tension. For
correct conversion, the information in the
corresponding test documents must be ob-
served.
• Check the chain rollers for ease of move-
ment.
• Check the surfaces of the lift mast channels
for wear.
• Check the lift mast rollers for condition/set-
ting.
• Check the condition of the guide elements
and check for lateral play, replacing if
necessary.
• Check the fork latches* and safety devices.
• Visually check the forks for bends, measure
if necessary.
• Check forks using a dye penetration test
procedure if you suspect there are cracks.
Load wheels
• Check the condition and mounting of the
load wheels and check for wear and any
foreign objects.
• Check the load wheels for free movement.
Electrical system
• Check the condition of the battery cables,
battery connectors, battery male connec-
tors and check for secure attachment.
• Visually inspect the insulation of the battery
cables.
• Measure the battery voltage under load
• Measure the tray for short circuits.
• Check the electrolyte level.
• Check the functions of the drive controller
and the pump controller (driving, accelerat-
ing, braking, reversing).
• Check all connections and plugs for secure
attachment.
• Visually inspect the insulation of the ex-
posed cables.
