Fault list for refrigerant circuit faults

ERR DEFROST
Defrosting has been terminated.
Check flow rate and temperatures during defrosting.
ERR LP
Low pressure too low (< 0.1 MPa for 10 s)
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR MIN SUPHT
Superheating upstream of compressor too low (< 3 K for 60 s)
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR MAX SUPHT
Superheating too high (> 30 K for 120 s)
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR CIRC REFR
Evaporation temperature too low (< -30 °C at > -10 °C outside tem-
perature).
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR FAN
The fan in the external unit does not run.
The system will not be locked out; in the case of continuing occurrence,
notify customer service.
HP SENSOR MAX
High pressure too high (> 44.4 bar for 10 s)
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR HIGH PRESS
The high pressure switch has responded 5 times in 2 hours.
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR APP LIMIT
The maximum condensate temperature has been exceeded.
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
ERR COMP
An inverter fault has occurred.
The system is locked. A heat pump reset is required.
KOMP LOCK
10 inverter faults have occurred.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
3 x inverter faults in 24 hours result in an error message.
INV OV CURR
The limit for maximum inverter current has been exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
PFC OV CURR
The limit for maximum current has been exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
DC OV VOLT
The limit for maximum DC voltage has been exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
INV DESAT
An inverter fault has occurred.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
INV OV TEMP
The limit for maximum inverter temperature has been exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
PFC OV TEMP
The limit for maximum temperature has been exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
LOST ROTOR
Major inverter fault: Rotor does not turn as expected.
Inverter fault, check compressor.
DC VOLT LOW
DC voltage has been fallen below the minimum limit.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
TORQUE LIMIT
Heat pump torque limit has been exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
SCR TEMP HI
The limit for maximum compressor temperature has been exceeded. The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
MOT TEMP HI
The limit for maximum compressor motor temperature has been
exceeded.
The compressor starts again after the selected idle time has expired.
