Close all other heating circuits.
f

If an overflow valve has been installed in the heating system,
fully close this overflow valve in order to determine the mini-
mum flow rate.

In menu „START UP / HEATING“, set the parameter „SET HTG
P RATE“ (heating circuit pump rate) so that the minimum
flow rate required for system operation is assured (see chap-
ter „Specification“).
The current flow rate can be called up in menu „INFO / TEMPE-
RATURES“ under „ACT VOLUME“.
Note
f

Never change parameter "SET DHW P RATE" in menu
"START UP".
The pump speed for DHW operation was optimised at the factory.
12.3.2 Minimum flow rate for systems with a buffer cylinder
For systems with a buffer cylinder: in menu „START UP“, set pa-
rameter „B-PUMP CONST“ to „OFF“.
f
f
In menu „START UP“, set parameter „SET HTG P RATE“ so
that the nominal flow rate required for system operation is
assured (see chapter „Specification / Data table“).
The current flow rate can be called up in menu „TEMPERATURES“
under „ACT VOLUME“.
Note

Never change parameter "SET DHW P RATE" in menu
"START UP".
The pump speed for DHW operation was optimised at the factory.
12.4 Operation and control
!
Material damage
Never interrupt the power supply, even outside the he-
ating period. The system's active frost protection is not
guaranteed if the power supply is interrupted.
There is no need to switch the system off in summer. The heat
pump manager has an automatic summer / winter changeover.
12.5 Decommissioning
If the system is to be taken out of use, set the heat pump manager
to standby. This retains the safety functions designed to protect
the system (e.g. frost protection).
