Assembling main parts

Operation & maintenance instructions (Version H)

Check the connections by means of the switches S1 to S4 on the processor board 
in the control box. Each valve corresponds to one track. So, when correctly 
connected, S1 and S3 will activate one valve and S2 and S4 the other one.

The cables of the inclinometers have the same colored marking as the hydraulic 
hoses. Connect these cables to the connectors with the same marking (color) in the 
console.

Before connecting to mains power:
Check 3 phase voltage and frequency 50 or 60 Hz and adjust wiring on transformer 
accordingly.

5.

Connect the power supply to the main switch (L1, L2, L3 and 0). Connect ground to 
the ground terminal on the DIN-rail. This power supply cables can come from the 
ceiling or the floor. An electrician should define the diameter of the conductors of the 
three-phase cable for each specific situation.

6.

Connect the conditioned air supply, min. 5 bar, max. 8,3 bar.

7.

Check the sense of rotation of the motor by switching on the power shortly. If 
necessary, change the connection of two phases.

8.

Remove the plug from the oil tank and replace it by the breather plug.
