Operator Manual

Cycle and Control Value Programming

7.10 Language

The

AMSCO 400 Series sterilizer

is capable of operation with display

screens and printouts

in two of three languages. The factory default

ENGLISH

. A

BILINGUAL

option can be used to easily change

languages between shifts or whenever necessary.

To access this utility, press the

MENU

touch screen pad from the

main status screen (#1) at the operating end of the sterilizer. The
screen changes to show the Change Machine Setup screen
(#20).

Press the

LANGUAGE

touch screen pad on the Change

Machine Setup screen (#20). The display advances to show
Select Language screen (#28).

Select the appropriate language by pressing one of the touch
screen pads in the middle of the display.

The

BILINGUAL

option can be selected to allow operators to

toggle

between English and the other language available without

entering Change Machine Setup. The other language touchpad
appears on the main menu. In this way, another language can
be selected during operation without going to the CHANGE
MACHINE SETUP menu.

Once the appropriate language is selected press

EXIT

to return

to the Change Machine Setup screen (#20).
