At this time, Telnet command can be used to set parameter of the telephone.
6.3 Telnet Command
1 set Command: IPP:\>set [option] telephone parameter [value]
The system will set value to the related parameter of option.
The command is “IPP:\>set password 1234” if normal password is
changed to 1234.
2 get Check parameter setting of the existing system; command: IPP \>get
3 store x x is module number; value is set from 1 to 4; input command and press
ENTER to store the existing setting to backup setting with serial number of
x.
4 load x Load the backup setting with serial number of x to the existing setting.
5 exit Exit from Telnet setting interface.
6 write Save the setting.
For the version later than IPP 2.0, VOIP, products can support switch function. 5 sets of
parameter settings can be stored in IP telephone at most. Settings of main pre-charged
card are adjusted. You can switch 3 sets of parameters synchronously through pressing
different keys.
This method can avoid the disadvantage that various versions of pre-charged card
options rely on parameter settings of service provider. In the event of adjustment of
service provider, telephone software has to be updated. Therefore, this method brings
convenience to users.
Notice: Under Telnet status, all letters must be lowercase, as Telnet cannot identify
capitals.
