to turn down volume under normal mode.     

2 Press  HAND  FREE  and  press    to  turn  up  the  volume  of  hand  free 

microphone, press VOLUME   to turn down volume.   

3 Under  normal  mode,  you  can  only  adjust  the  existing  output  volume  of  telephone 

receiver. The input volume of the receiver can only be adjusted under setting mode.     

4 After the restarting of the telephone, the setting of receiver and hand free microphone 

under normal mode will restore to the original volume. 

 

3.7 Voice System 
       

  1 Press IP/NUMBER under normal standby status, namely, the telephone receiver is 

not held and HAND FREE is not pressed. TELEPHONE IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX will be 
displayed and IP address can be got.   

2 Press  IP/NUMBER  again,  the  voice  prompt  TELEPHONE  XXXXXXXX  will  be 
displayed and number can be got.   
3 Press IP/NUMBER five seconds later to restore the prompt of IP.   

 

3.8 Telephone Record 
       

Three kinds of records are provided. 

1 Missed calls: Press MISSED CALLS and check the missed calls through PAGE DOWN 

button. 

2 Dialed calls: Press DIALED CALLS and check the dialed calls through PAGE DOWN 

button.   

3 Received calls: Press RECEIVED CALLS and check the received calls through PAGE 

DOWN button.   

 

3.9 Call System 

1  Call transfer: You need to cooperate with supplier to use the function. 
2  Call holding: You need to cooperate with supplier to use the function. 
   

 

4. Keyboard Setting

 

       

 

4.1 Entering Setting Mode 

      1 Press SET button to enter setting mode. (Press SET button again to return to NORMAL 

mode.)     

      2 Press  SET  button,  then  the  display  will  indicate  “Input  Password”  to  require  your 

password. Press ENTER to confirm. 

      3 If the password is right, the telephone will enter setting page. 
      4 If the password is wrong,  Password Again

  is displayed. You need to input the 

password again.   
      5 Two permissions of telephone setting: 
            1.    Common user: the telephone can work normally with several simple settings.   
            2.    Administrator: the administrator can set all parameters of the telephone.   
            Common  password  is  for  common  user.  Administrative  password  is  only  for  service 
provider.     

                The setting can only be effective after being saved.
