1. Press 0 — 99 and ENTER when telephone receiver is not held and HAND
FREE button is not pressed, and then wait for receiving of the called party.
2. Press REDIAL for direct calling with one key under normal status.
0 — 99 represents 100 groups of numbers in telephone book. Please see
Operation of Telephone Book in page 7 for the detailed editing operation.
3.4 Receiving
If there is calling. IPP will ring for reminding. You can receive it with telephone receiver or
HAND FREE button:
1 With telephone receiver: Take up the receiver and talk to the called party, and then put
back the receiver when talk finished to restore standby status.
2 With HAND FREE button: Press IPP HAND FREE button and talk to the called party,
and then press HAND FREE button again when talk finished to restore standby status.
3 Telephone receiver transmit to HAND FREE: Press HAND FREE button when
communicating with the receiver. Lay down the receiver for continuous
communication with HAND FREE button. Press HAND FREE button when talk
finished to restore standby status.
4 HAND FREE transmit to receiver: Take up the receiver for continuous communication
during hand free communication. Lay down the receiver when talk finished to restore
standby status.
Distance between the speaker and
HAND FREE microphone should not be more
than 50 cm to assure a high quality communication
3.5 Telephone Book
Two functions:
1 View: View record and calling query
1 Press TELEPHONE BOOK to enter mode of telephone book; (Press again to back
to normal mode.)
2 Press PAGE DOWN and select VIEW menu, and then press ENTER to enter.
3 Press PAGE DOWN to choose the number you need.
2 Modify: Add and modify record
1 Choose “Modify” and press ENTER to enter EDIT menu under TELEPHONE
BOOK mode.
2 Paging down and choose the record to be modified, press ENTER to show cursor,
and then enter edit status.
3 Press SETTING to shift between capital and lowercase letter when editing the
names on the first line, and then press PAGE DOWN button to shift between the
first and second line and press BACKSPACE to delete letters.
4 Press ENTER for confirmation and return and press REDIAL for direct return.
5 Press REDIAL to return to main menu and press SAVE to save modification.
3.6 Volume Adjustment
1 Take up the receiver and press to turn up the volume, press VOLUME
