ATTENTION !!!
The lasting efficiency of the welding system is directly linked with the frequency of
maintenance operations, in particular:
For welding machines, it is sufficient to clean the inside of the machine, which must be
done all the more frequently the dustier the work environment
- Remove the casing.
- Remove all traces of dust from the internal parts of the generator by means of a jet of
compressed air at a pressure no higher than 3 Kg/cm².
- Check all the electrical connections, ensuring that the screws and nuts are well
fastened.
- Do not hesitate to replace any deteriorated components.
- Put back the casing.
- Once the above operations have been completed, the generator is ready for service.
BEFORE ANY OPERATION, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE
FROM THE PRIMARY SUPPLY MAINS.
