In Fig.71:
1 - detected signal table
2 - tabular cursor
3 - signal level indicator (on which the tabular cursor is set)
4 - connected pair of wires
5 - total number of signals detected in this pair of wires
6 - number of signals detected only in this pair of wires
7 - Switch table row (connected pair of wires)
8 - type of cable
9 - AUTOMATED mode indicator
10 - OSCILLOSCOPE
Attention!
If there are no signals in the frequency range after turning on the AUTOMATED
MODE, the message
"Nothing found"
is displayed on the screen.
SWITCH TABLE (IN AUTOMATED MODE)
When using AUTOMATED mode, the Switch table displays:
1.
Connected pair of wires (Fig. 71, item 4).
2.
The total number of signals detected in this pair of wires (Fig. 71, item 5).
3.
The number of signals that were detected only in this pair (Fig. 71, item 6).
When testing the power mains, only one pair is tested, so the total number of detected signals
and the number of signals detected in this pair are the same. When testing multi-wire (low-
current) cables, these indicators are different.
