8.2.6. MANUAL MODE
Manual mode is used to analyze signals in a specific combination of wires. To connect it, click
on the corresponding row of the Switch table (Fig. 61, item 10), which will be highlighted in blue.
Capability when testing in manual mode:
gain settings;
bias voltage turning on;
scaling of the oscillogram (along the time or amplitude axis);
measurement of signal parameters on an oscillogram (spectrogram) using a marker.
To measure the signal parameters using a marker, you need to set it to OSCILLOSCOPE
window
window
The PC screen will display:
in OSCILLOSCOPE window – voltage and duration values;
in SPECTRUM ANALYZER window– frequency and level values.
8.2.7. REPORT MODE (GENERAL INFORMATION)
The mode is intended for storing graphic and tabular information about testing on the PC HDD.
Graphic information (screenshots of oscillogram, spectrogram and Switch table) is saved in
PNG format files.
Tabular data is saved in MS Excel format files.
The saved information can be used as attachments to documents that are executed after
testing.
8.2.7.1. CREATING FILES
To create report files, click
. The menu will be displayed on the screen (Fig. 65)
with a list of information that can be saved. Depending on the device used, this list varies.
