Chapter 7 : Reports View a Report
View a Report
>> To view a report record for a sampling run:
1. Open the Reports List screen as described in Export a report record. on
page 7-1.
2. In the Reports List screen, use one of the following methods to view a report:
METHOD 1:
a. Touch the scroll bar to scroll to the name of the report you want to view.
b. Touch that report item.
c. Touch the view report button.

The Report Record screen displays the report you selected (see Figure
7-6 ).
METHOD 2:
a. In the Reports List screen, touch the Search button.
The Search for Report screen displays (see Figure 7-5 ).

b. In the Search for Report screen, touch the list button on any of the
following fields to display the field’s list.
• From field – The beginning date of a sampling run.
• To field – The ending date of a sampling run.
• Area field – The area used in the sampling run.
• Location field – The location used in the sampling run.
• Alarm field – The type of alarm that occurred in the sampling run.
c. Touch the Search button in the Search for Report screen.

The Report Record screen displays the report that matches the search
criteria (see Figure 7-6 on page 7-5).
