a. Use the keyboard to enter the username:
• Touch the keys on the keyboard to define the username,
maximum 16 characters.
b. Touch the Done button in the keyboard screen.
• The Keyboard screen closes.
• The username you set appears in the Username field of the New
User screen.
4. Touch the Password field (2nd field) to display the Keyboard screen (see
Figure 14-6
).
NOTE: If Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, or Japanese
languages is the display language, the keyboard for password
entry reverts to English. In other words only ASCII characters
are allowed for passwords in these languages.
a. Write down the password so you have a record of it to give the new user.
b.
Use the keyboard to enter the user’s password:
• Touch the keys on the keyboard to define the user’s password.
c. Touch the Done button in the keyboard screen.
• The Keyboard screen closes.
• The password you set appears in the Retype Password field of
the New User screen.
