Use the keyboard to enter a name for the location (maximum 16 characters):
a. Touch each letter in the name to spell out the location’s name.
b. Touch the Done button in the keyboard screen.
• The Location Name Keyboard screen closes.
• The location name appears in the Location field in the middle of
the New Location screen.
5. In the Area field at the top of the New Location screen,
touch the down arrow button to display the list of areas already defined, then
touch the location’s area from the drop down list.

• If the location’s area is not in the drop down list, touch the
Plus
button in the New Location screen to define a new Area name.

The Keyboard screen appears (see Figure 6-7 ).
