The solenoid will automatically be powered on to begin gas flow.
•
During this period, the reading of the pressure in the diffusion chamber
measured in Pascals (Pa) will be seen on the front screen of the MiniCapt
Mobile.
•
The MiniCapt system’s diffusion chamber is designed to operate within a
specific pressure range. Should the pressure drift too high or low, a
warning will be issued.
•
Further changes in the pressure may result in an alarm which will
prematurely end the test. The pressure regulator allows adjustment of
the pressure in the diffusion chamber to a value between the warning
limits as shown in the table below:

Make sure the pressure regulator valve is tightened before completing the
Pressure Setting.

Configure the sample or use an existing recipe.
7.
Select the compressed gas accessory checkbox and ensure selection is active.
8.
Install an agar plate onto the MiniCapt.
9.
Run the sample until completion.
