Carefully disconnect the ribbon cable from the transporter by pulling it out of the
connector on the PC card mounted on the back side of the transporter.
It may be necessary to reach around the back of the cable and pinch inward on the
ribbon cable release tab to disconnect the cable from the PC card (Figure 9-15).
Note:
If you are working from the front of the library, it is easiest to
reach over the top of the picker.

Gently push the picker assembly toward the rear of the library and rotate it to a
vertical position if it is not already in that position (see Step 1 on page 83).
